Allison and I were on the phone together, just the two of us, for almost an hour. I hadn't checked on the progress of our appropriations requests making it off Congressman Loebsack's desk and on to Congressman Lowey's office. Allison told me about a microcredit sign-on letter to Cong. Lowey. I just sent that letter to Meagan Linn, the Congressman's aide who handles foreign affairs, asking her to forward the letter to the Congressman and then get back to me with her thoughts.
We also talked about the video program for RESULTS and the MDGs. I went to Iowa City Tuesday afternoon and put in two hours of editing and an hour of burning DVDs. All told, we put in an hour in the studio and five hours in the edit booth. I have to burn VHS copies from DVDs yet before I'm done.
