Douglas shared with us that the conference call this Saturday at 11:30 will feature Congressman Jim McGovern, D-Mass, a champion against hunger. He has been instrumental in introducing food program legislation over the last years and I am really looking forward to hearing him speak.
Tom from Des Moines mentioned that to grow their group they are thinking of meeting in other churches besides the one they've been in.
I am going to do a share on the conference call about our blog. Douglas helped me with it after the call was over. I am so excited that we now have, as Douglas puts it, a community room where our activists can go when they want to get caught up on RESULTS activities!
